Programs that Combat Hunger

When considering only the programs that actually help combat hunger, the coverage of the National Crusade Against Hunger drops in the majority of municipalities, in some cases drastically. For instance, in the municipality of Santa Magdalena Jicotlán in the state of Oaxaca, where the coverage drops from 75% to 0%.
